Welcome NSA Member

As a condition of my membership in the Neuse Sailing Association (NSA), I assume all risk of accident or loss to myself or my crew/guests while participating in any NSA activities. I release and agree to hold harmless NSA and those acting on its behalf from any liability, claims or demands arising out of, or incidental to participation by me and/or my boat in any race, cruise social or other event sponsored or supported by NSA. I recognize that sailing activities can be hazardous under certain circumstances and my participation or nonparticipation in NSA activities is at all times voluntary on my part and I therefore assume all risks of loss or injury when I choose to participate.
