Labor Day Cruise
September 1-4

Always a club favorite, Cape Lookout is a destination not to be missed. Scheduled for September 1 - 4 this year it is a great long weekend trip. A 5 to 6 hour journey from Oriental places you at The Bight surrounded by sand and surf and far away from the daily grind. That being said, Cape Lookout should be considered a "BYOE" (bring your own everything) cruise. There are no provisioning options once you leave the Morehead City area.
We will gather on the shore for the main social at 4pm on Saturday the 2nd. Look for the large NSA burgee to mark the spot. The club will provide beer and wine. Please bring a snack to share and provide your own paper products.
Sunday we will gather at 2pm on shore to finish off the beer and wine and have a "Nacho average social". Plan to bring shareable items to be used to build your own regular and dessert nachos. Closer to time we will coordinate the main offerings (ground beef, nacho cheese etc.) to make sure we have everything covered. Once again please bring your own paper products.
Bring your competitive spirit as we will have horseshoes, corn hole, spike ball, bocce ball and beach beer pong available.
We look forward to a relaxing weekend with the "friendliest club on the North Carolina coast".
