Celebration of the 2022 season

The Commodores Ball will be held on November 12, 2022 from 5pm-10pm at the historical Stanly Hall 249 Craven Street in New Bern. It should be an elegant evening of dining and dancing. The cost this year will be $63.00 per person. This price includes a five hour Open Bar serving beer, wine and liquor.

The Flame will be catering the affair and the Menu will include:

Chef’s Edible Art – a beautiful display of assorted fruit ,d cheeses and vegetables with various dips and fruit flavored dipping sauces
Farmers Market Garden Salad
Two Entrée Dinner Buffet including Chicken Marsala and Braised Beef Brisket served with Black-Jack Bourbon Sauce
Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Pancetta, Seasonal Sauteed Vegetables and Oven Roasted Yukon Golden Potatoes
Dessert – Yellow Cake with Chocolate Frosting
