BSC and NYRA are jointly sponsoring a Rules Seminar on March 3rd. The presenter will be Jerry Thompson , Regional Race Officer and Judge. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned racer it is always good to brush up on the rules. Jerry will go through everything in about 3-4 hours and will then stay to answer all questions. The cost is $20 each, $5 discount for BSC or NYRA members, ETYSA and other juniors free. Includes your own personal printed 44 page color Seminar Handbook, a great reference.
